# NikoTech Server Rules

Current rules of the NikoTech.

## R1 Cheats
Use of any third-party software that gives an advantage over players is strictly prohibited.
> Penalty: Permanent ban.

## R2 Administration
An admin must not only punish but also guide and help players. Abuse of powers (giving yourself items, /kill without reason, unjustified ban) is grounds for a complaint in Discord.
> Penalty: Removal from position and possible admin blacklist.

## R3 Ethics and Interaction
The server is an exclusively friendly space. Any toxicity, insults, and aggression are prohibited.
> Penalty: Mute or ban (for players); Warning or removal (for staff).

## R4 Griefing
Griefing is strictly prohibited.
PvP is allowed.
> Penalty: 1 week on first appearance. Permanent on next appearance.

## R5 Advertising
Advertising third-party projects in public chat without consent is prohibited. Invitations to play other games (not Minecraft projects) are allowed. Advertising projects of the Niko* network or it's partners is permitted.
> Penalty: 30-minute mute; on repeat — ban without appeal.

## R6 Crashes
Intentional crashing of another player's client or the server is prohibited in any form.
> Penalty: Permanent ban (with appeal possible if the incident was accidental).

## R7 Multi-account
Use of additional accounts (alts) is allowed. However, if they are used to bypass an active ban or other punishment, at least 1 week is added to the main sentence.

## R8 Freedom of speech and information
1. Everyone is guaranteed freedom of thought and speech. Censorship is prohibited.
2. Propaganda or agitation inciting social, racial, national, or religious hatred and enmity is not allowed.
3. Propaganda of superiority on any basis is prohibited.
4. No one may be compelled to express or renounce their opinions.
5. Everyone has the right to freely seek, receive, and disseminate information by any lawful means.
> Note: Freedom of speech ends where R3 (Ethics) and R7 (Advertising) begin.

## R9 Bugs
Using bugs and not reporting them to admins is prohibited. For example: Using a large invisible armor stand to avoid damage. If you report a bug, you may receive a reward.
> Note: if a serious bug is abused, a permanent ban is possible.
