# NikoCraft Administrative Rules — Official Version

## 0. CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATION

0.1. Any individual acting in an administrative capacity (hereinafter — "Staff Member") automatically acknowledges that all information obtained in the course of their duties is strictly confidential. Disclosure, dissemination, or discussion of such information with unauthorized parties is prohibited.

> Liability: Automatic removal, assignment of "Threat to Society, Class II" status, and inclusion on the blacklist.

## 1. GENERAL DUTIES

1.1. A Staff Member is obligated to comply with the Rules and to serve as a behavioral example for Players.

1.2. The use of administrative privileges for personal benefit is prohibited.

1.3. All administrative actions must be fair, objective, and impartial.

1.4. A Staff Member must communicate with Players respectfully and constructively.

1.5. A Staff Member must ensure that their in-game nickname corresponds to their Discord identity.

1.6. A Staff Member is required to maintain a minimum weekly online presence of four (4) hours.

1.7. A Staff Member must diligently perform their duties; avoidance of duties without justification is not permitted.

1.8. A Staff Member is obligated to report discovered privilege-related and general server errors (bugs) to the administration.

## 2. USE OF AUTHORITY

2.1. Punishments may be imposed solely with documented evidence (log entry, screenshot, or recording).

2.2. The provision of game resources to oneself or others for personal advantage is prohibited.

2.3. Abuse of administrative commands (including, but not limited to, ban, kick, and mute) is prohibited.

2.4. Teleportation to a Player is permitted exclusively for the purpose of inspection (including via /spectate).

## 3. PUNISHMENT PROCEDURE

3.1. The punishment must correspond to the severity of the violation.

3.2. Banning a Player without an explanation of the underlying reason is prohibited.

3.3. Where circumstances permit, a written warning shall precede the imposition of a sanction.

3.4. All sanctions must be recorded in the official logs or automated punishment system.

## 4. PLAYER INSPECTIONS

4.1. Any Staff Member, with the exception of trainees, holds the right to inspect Players for rule compliance (including the detection of cheating).

4.2. Inspections must be conducted in a professional manner, without insults or harassment.

4.3. Conducting inspections without reasonable cause is prohibited.

4.4. Staff Members other than the (D)HA and forum curator are prohibited from reviewing role applications, appeals, and staff complaints.

## 5. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

5.1. Insults, threats, and toxic behavior are categorically prohibited.

5.2. The disclosure of Players' personal data is prohibited.

5.3. A Staff Member is obligated to assist Players in resolving issues arising from violations of the Rules.

5.4. Provoking or escalating conflicts is prohibited.

## 6. DISCIPLINARY LIABILITY AND SECURITY

6.1. A Staff Member violating the Rules is subject to disciplinary action, beginning with a warning.

6.2. Repeated violations may result in dismissal from the position.

6.3. The decision to dismiss a Staff Member is the exclusive right of the Head Administrator (HA), Deputy Head Administrator (DHA), or an individual of higher rank.

6.4. The (D)HA reserves the right to impose warnings for any violation without prior notice.

6.5. A Staff Member bears full responsibility for the security of their account. Compromise of an account leads to automatic dismissal.

6.6. Individuals holding Higher Staff status may not be dismissed by individuals of equal status.

6.7. Concealment of privilege-related or critical server errors entails a warning or dismissal accompanied by blacklisting, contingent upon the severity of the violation.

## 7. PROBATIONARY PERIOD

7.1. Upon appointment, a Staff Member undergoes a probationary period of a set term, subject to the conditions defined in the applicable rate.

7.2. A trainee is obligated to comply with all lawful orders of superior ranks, without exception to those contradicting the Rules.

7.3. Upon completion of the probationary period, the trainee must pass a qualification assessment ("idiot test"), the outcome of which determines their suitability for the position.

7.4. Each trainee must be assigned a supervising moderator or administrator.
